Maha Kumbh is the most important cultural and religious fair in the world. Maha Kumbh Mela is also called the biggest Kumbh of Hindu religion’s faith. This fair is held in three cities. There is a difference of 03 years between the Kumbh Melas held in Prayagraj, Ujjain and Nashik. There is a difference of 12 years between the Kumbh held at each place. This time Kumbh is going to be organized in Prayagraj in the year 2025. Which will start from 13th January of next year i.e. 2025 and this fair will conclude on 26th February Mahashivratri.

This time the central government and the Prime Minister of the country, the Hon’ble Narendra Modi has taken a very big decision regarding the preparation of Maha Kumbh Mela. Not only has the concern been taken for the devotees arriving in this Maha Kumbh Mela, but adequate arrangements have also been made in advance.

Security arrangements for Maha Kumbh Mela

Many arrangements have been made for security in the Maha Kumbh Mela. Talking about security, 8000 RAF, 10000 GRP jawans as well as 13000 railway employees will be deployed for security in the Maha Kumbh.

Preparations for Maha Kumbh from the side of Railways

Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav is continuously working on behalf of the Railways. Along with this, the Modi government at the Center has also taken a big decision to ensure that the visiting devotees or passengers do not face any kind of trouble. A total of 13000 trains will be operated during the Maha Kumbh , in which 3000 trains will be special trains and 10000 trains will be regular trains. Along with this, the facility of MEMU trains has been provided to bring and take people from the fair area. For the convenience of the devotees, MEMU trains of different areas will also be operated during the Maha Kumbh Mela.

Arrangement of Maha Kumbha

In this Maha Kumbh Mela to be held at Sangam, the confluence of religion as well as modern technology will be seen from the railways. Because Modi government has decided to adopt a new method to avoid the rush for tickets for those traveling by train. Because during Maha Kumbh Mela, the passengers do not have to stand in line to buy tickets in the crowd at the railway junction, so the railways have made arrangements to sell tickets by going to the passengers.

Under this, passengers can buy train tickets from railway employees in the holding area and platform as well as inside the train. You don’t even need to stand in line to buy an unreserved ticket. Because Modi government has taken a big decision for this too. To buy an unreserved ticket, QR code has been put on the jackets of railway employees. Passengers can scan it and download the Rail App and buy tickets online with its help.

Arrangement of Maha Kumbh on Ganga River

In view of the Maha Kumbh Mela, the Central Government, Modi Government has made unprecedented preparations, under which a rail bridge has been built over the Ganga in Daraganj, Prayagraj. The Prime Minister of the country, Hon’ble Narendra Modi is going to inaugurate this rail bridge soon. Along with this, a 21-feet over bridge has been built at the railway station. So that during the crowd of Maha Kumbh Mela, people do not cross each other and can easily reach their destination while staying safe.

Apart from this, a total of 23 permanent holding areas have been made at different railway stations. Due to this, pilgrims and passengers will not face any problem in getting up or sitting there. Looking at all these preparations, we can say that the railways is fully prepared.
